Three things
There are three things that tend to show up quite often when new riders join the group. The saddle is too low. The tyres are too soft. The gears are confusing. I don't really have time to write a blog at the moment, but come back in a wee while, I might have expanded on these topics. It's so rewarding to help new riders with these three things, and see what a difference it makes to their comfort and enjoyment.
